Sivey-Cause and Effect

Keeping the spirit of the slow jam alive in their own special way , the LA based label known as SOULECTION and their wide array of artists have never shyed away from delivering tracks that appeal to the soft, romantic side in all of us and their second compilation, Time In Between, is already stacking up to warm my soul and keep my moving smoothly well throughout the year. The first track from the upcoming release comes from UK producer Sivey and like the rest of his material, “Cause and Effect” pops in all of the right places. The sleek vocal samples and deep bass thumps walk hand in hand with the reverberating hip hop kick all the way until the end with the intentions of guiding your ears to a perpetual state of bliss, while Sivey’s modern funk sound gives the track more than enough groove to keep the listener feeling fulfilled and mesmerized.
